Meet Our Team
Ned Parks founded the company in 2000 as New Directions Learning and Development in 2000 after completing a career in the U.S. Army and private business.
The company has grown and added services ever since opening and re-branded in 2015 as Aegis 360 Consulting.
In the Army he was a helicopter pilot, instructor pilot and classroom instructor. In private industry he ran his own business and worked in manufacturing and service.
Ned has brought his experience in business, leadership, culture and strategic planning to his clients.
